It took almost 2 days to get them connected to my Samsung phone, I almost sent them back but somehow I managed to connect them eventually. Once working they are good and the sound is very clear. Unfortunately as the instructions received with them don't tell you how to operate them you then have to play about with them to find out how to turn them on, turn the volume up etc
