Shipping time on the first order was outrageous but not a Crisis Gear problem. After I contacted them, they shipped a second unit on the same order. Both units arrived within one day of each other. I was then informed that I could keep both for the same price. Excellent service, I commend and thank them for exceptional service and recommend them to everyone.
