This was the first time I've had a problem with a delivery from My Doll Best Friend Ltd. I wasn't receiving updates from the final carrier after they had given me a delivery window, although I had set up to receive texts. When I contacted that company, they said they didn't have the parcel yet and to contact the vendor, so I did. The delivery window was just "expected" when they made the label. I'm on the other side of the world, so I knew MDBF were closed. However, the next morning I had a personal reply saying a ticket had been opened with the original shipper. Shortly after that, tracking showed that the parcel had moved to another location. I don't know if they found it because of the ticket, but it was very quick and excellent service. The parcel had some other adventures with the final carrier, due to a train mechanical problem but arrived within the two weeks expected. The final vendor gave me only the final two updates: Out for delivery and Delivered, and I've left a less flattering review with them regarding giving a meaningless delivery window. I definitely will order from MDBF again!
