I ordered a few items and unfortunately 1 item was damaged. I emailed my doll boutique and they responded quickly. I was sent out a replacement for the faulty item very quickly.
I am very happy with the customer service and my daughter loves her new doll and accessories. Thank you my doll boutique from a happy customer.
