The doll was delivered very quickly, thank you! However the film over the front of the doll was pierced, had a crack in it. The outer cardboard box it was posted in was intact so you must have known about this before you send it, just before Christmas. Took the shine off the 180£ doll I had saved for, but the day before Xmas eve not much I could do!
