I have been buying American girl dolls for a number of years from my doll boutique, it is the first site my autistic daughter goes on, she loves choosing dolls and accessories,the customer service is excellent, I have emailed on a number of occasions and one of the girls have emailed me back usually within a couple of hours, I receive my parcel within 2days, this makes my daughter happy, so if she is happy so am I
