Quality of goods were exceptional and daughter loves them. Delivery fell short however as expected arrival 2nd August. DHL had them that day arrival 6.48am, loaded them and then took box off again for delivery 3rd August. Problem was this was for my daughter's birthday on 3rd. After many phone calls eventually delivered 3.30pm which screwed up 2 days instead. Very stressful with an upset 9 year old.
