Just awful. The magazines are amazing, but the customer service... Well it's not fair to call it service. It would be better saying Customer No Service.
They've tried to blame problems I've had on Covid-19, but I explained the problems I've had have been going on since 2019.
And that's when I can actually get a response - which has only ever been on Facebook (they don't ever reply to my emails).
Utterly unbelievably terrible. In this age of magazine subscriptions going through the floor, you'd think they'd be desperate to keep subscribers.
This asks for a number of stars, with 1 being the lowest, but My Favourite Magazine deserves NO stars - simply because there hasn't been ANY customer service.
