Cannot fault customer service at all and would have given a good or very good rating but product still not 100% even after I had to send it back. Ordered an engraved dogtag St Christopher with the upgraded anti tarnish finish and was extremely pleased as it only took a couple of days to arrive from ordering. Upon opening though I was disappointed as it was scuffed around the bottom edge. Phoned the company immediately and I emailed them a photo. They responded very promptly, apologising saying they are unsure how this could of happened as items are checked prior to despatch and they would polish it up if I sent it back and refund my postage. I did this and again was really surprised how quick I received it back and had an email saying my postage had been refunded. 10 out of 10 for customer service and the product is a lot better than it was, polished up lovely but it's still not perfect and I can still see a few scuffs and haven't got time to send it back again. Overall ok and would buy again.
