I purchased a pendant for my husband who is going to work abroad, I had it personalised with a message from our daughters and am giving it him for Christmas. Admittedly it is early to be buying Christmas presents but I like to be prepared for delays etc and the email I received stated a week to get the item delivered. I was very happy with this however the pendant was delivered 3 days after I ordered it online!! I am over the moon with the item, the engraving is perfect and to receive it so quickly was a pleasent surprise :-). I'll definitely be using the website again! Thanks!
