The item I bought was well priced, extremely beautiful (much better in person than on the pictures), good quality and the engraving was amazing!
I didn't realise that the chain was a separate cost to the one advertised for the pendant, but wasn't a massive issue.
The chain was also too short for my friend, but this was my own fault. But the process of contacting you was easily to get a simple reply and was able to send back to change the change to a longer one. Just waiting on you contacting me!
