The service provided was excellent. Gift arrived far quicker than expected, and beautifully packaged and presented. I am very disappointed with the item, however, as the bracelet is very flimsy and not at all masculine (I did get the male bracelet!). My son is slim, and the bracelet fits him only adequately. The sterling silver talisman looks a little 'plastic', but the inscription (which was the most vital element in this purchase) is excellent.
