I phoned to ask a couple of questions regarding the number of words allowed on a very small pendant. The lady was very helpful and advised me to write the words I wanted and that the engraver is very experienced and would endeavour to fit the words on. When the pendant arrived, all the words were there - fantastic! The delivery time was very quick with no problems.
