I don't usually write reviews, but when the service is this good, I feel it is my duty to give positive feedback! I ordered a 9ct solid white gold pendant for my boyfriend's 30th birthday present. He's a pilot and has always wanted a St Christopher to protect him on his travels! My order went through without a problem and I received the confirmation email immediately. The next day I received a phone call from the company to say that they weren't currently happy with the thickness of the metal for that particular product and had stopped producing it - would I be interested in the other design? I explained that I'd rather keep the design I'd ordered as it had the words 'St Christopher' engraved around the edge. To honour my purchase, I was offered an upgraded metal thickness, free of charge, which I was very happy about! The following week, I unfortunately had a very bad cycling accident and fractured my pelvis - I ended up in hospital for 9 days. Luckily I had requested that the package be sent to my place of work, so one of my colleagues was able to bring the pendant to hospital, without spoiling the surprise. After such a traumatic week of being in hospital and not being able to walk, I was so pleased that I at least had the pendant to give to my boyfriend on his birthday! It arrived well before the expected delivery date, beautifully wrapped and was neatly engraved with my personalised message. Plus, it was delivered all the way to Abu Dhabi, UAE!
