The medal arrived promptly although I would have to agree with other reviewers though it is beautiful the engraving is very faint and difficult to read. The person for whom I bought the medal did not really want a religious piece of jewellery so I phoned to ask if I could get a refund. Unfortunately this was not available for the personalised medal as customer services told me they could not reuse or resell. I was then told I could get a refund for the chain but it had to be sent by tracked delivery which cost approx £7. I have since got proof and signature of delivery but have been unable to contact the company to ask whether my refund will now go back into my account. I have called the number they state on their website and for refunds and returns but keep getting no answer. I suspect they may not work weekends. Overall the medal itself is ok but the service is less so.
