I purchased one of the Ingots as it's just a little different from the usual round versions seen regularly - the item arrived very quickly in the post & I am very happy with it!
I did contact the customer service team however, as I initially wondered about changing the size - they were very helpful & responsive, which was reassuring, even though I did not change, that I had bought from a good respectable company.
I would recommend this seller to others
