I was a little disappointed with the service and product. I think it would be beneficial for en email confirmation to be sent to inform you when your goods have been dispatched.
Also my product arrived tarnished, with the wrong style of engraving and the joint holding the pendant to the chain has not been soldered therefore could be lost easily. Finish could definitely be better although I do like the product itself.
