I emailed customer service to find out when my necklace would be despatched as I left it quite late to order, they replied within the hour and were very helpful. Offered me a quicker postal service but I said I didnt really want to pay all the extra and they said they will do their best to ensure it is despatched quickly. It arrived on the day I needed it and my friend was thrilled with her present. The 20inch chain I went for sat beautifully on her chest and the necklace looked stunning and classy. I think I might get myself one soon as it looked brilliant. Very happy customer and well done on your top notch customer service! X
