I ordered a St Christopher pendant and chain, when it arrived my son wasn't pleased with the gold on the pendant. He e-mailed them a picture which they requested then they sent out another which arrived the next day as he had said he was going away very soon. It was lovely and they also included a SAE for us to send the other one back.
I think this company showed fantastic customer service and i would definitely purchase from them again.
