Ordered a basin tap and shower bath mixer tap in mid Jan. In early Feb I chased the order, and whilst the communication was good I was told daily I would receive my order the next day. About 5 days later I did receive a package but with only one tap in (even though they had promised me it would be both taps) . It was then established that my other tap wasn't in stock and not due until late march!!! (EVEN THOUGH ITS STILL IN STOCK ON THEIR WEBSITE but at double the price i paid as I bought in the jan sale ). So I've now had a refund and sorced the same tap somewhere else and received in 2 days. Unfortunately its cost me more than the original price as I've missed out on the Jan sales and now paid 2 lots of delivery. So unless you can guarantee they have the stock, Do not buy from them , it will cause you no end of issues !!!
