I starting working with mychargeback in sep 2022 after I found out I got scammed by my broker. They provided me with a detailed report about the broker and what can be done to get my money back. I am in the process of doing this and also have a lawyer involved in this my case. The customer support is excellent at mychargeback and I got the feeling that I am dealing with a professional company. I also like the fact that they were talking in a local radio station I listen to so it made me feel more secured that they are a legitimate company.
