I received the shipment, and one of the items was an XXS shirt, which I believe is a gift from your side. However, it won’t fit me. Please arrange for an exchange or provide me with a 2XL t-shirt instead. I have no use for the XXS shirt, as I am not married and don’t have any kids nearby to give it to. When I raised this issue with my designation team, they said they couldn’t do anything about it. It seems like they are just misleading customers and damaging there own reputation.
