The worst company I have ever bought from apart from the fact it takes over 24hpurs for them to read messages and even longer to reply this was my HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE THAT IS STILL GOING! They posted a pop with no tracking from UK TO AUSTRALIA NO TRACKING it NEVER arriving I waited about 2months to ask where it is and I had to push HARD for a refund and now I am moving house this weekend and I still have a pop thats on back order with them and they refused to change the address to my new address (it has not been sent yet) and refused to cancel and refund the order! After countless contact and waiting for there delayed ass replies I got them to cancel (was not easy) only to just find out after asking where the refund is after waiting the normal time for a refund they stated they havnt charged me because they charge at dispatch! I HAVE ALL THE PAID RECEIPTS through afterpay and even them sending me my invoice that I paid like I am lost for words how horrible and Unorganised and unprofessional this company is! DO NOT ORDER HONESTLY FIND A BETTER REPUTABLE COMPANY!
