Natalie Cooper is my Hermes delvery lady and she is absolutely brilliant. She's polite, friendly and always takes a couple of minutes to have a chat. All her deliveries are made on time and if you are not in, she will leave your parcel in a safe place and ensures a card is put through your door.
She is an asset to Hermes.
