This is the first and positively the last time that I'll use this business. Having paid great attention to the size and weight limits detailed on the Hermes website, I put my parcel on the back seat of my car and delivered it to my nearest drop-off point. Next day, the Hermes tracking tool reported that my parcel was 'out for delivery' and that my parcel was 'bigger than expected' and needed a specialist Hermes courier. Utter tripe and nonsense. The website provides absolutely no help, the virtual assistant can only send me back to where I started with the online tracking tool and it's impossible to contact or speak to anyone. The tracking message is unchanged after 4 days. I've had a few poor customer service experiences in my time but nothing that comes close to the appalling experience with Hermes. I made a huge error to use Hermes and if you're still reading my comment, I sincerely hope it's not too late for you to avoid making the same mistake.
