What can I say super company outstanding customer service. Oh sorry wrong company Hermes is by far the worst courier company in the UK. There complaints team are absolutely clueless and are unable to do their jobs.
As for customer service and experience I don’t seriously think this lot have any understanding of the words.
There needs to be a governing body set up to regulate people like Hermes, then they wouldn’t get away with anything!
