10 parcels now missing including medical supplies. Tracked to local hub and then nothing.
Buying online has become a real nightmare now as we have to make sure the sellers are not using Hermes.
If I see the item is posted by Hermes I have to buy an alternative as I know this won't arrive.
If you want to buy an item and don't want it to arrive = use hermes.
