I have had one parcel 'with my courier for delivery today' since 18th December. I contacted the seller (as contacting Hermes is impossible - all you get is a bot that just goes around in circles and tells you nothing) and they reported that Hermes confirmed the item was lost. Thanks for updating the tracking or letting me know Hermes. Second item, delivered today - the padded envelope had been ripped open full length, the box crushed and the lid of the enclosed perfume, broken. Pointless even trying to contact Hermes. I wish sellers would take their custom elsewhere.
