If I could give it a 0 I would. The fact you can’t speak to a human being shows how abysmal their company is. Retailers really need to boycott this shambles service and use more reliable ones such as DPD, Parcel Force, UPS, OR ANY OTHER COMPANY.
Taken my money to collect my parcel INSTANTLY, but claim I wasn’t in and subsequently couldn’t collect. Funny that because I signed for a Parcelforce parcel 3 minutes after they attempted delivery?
Impossible to avoid and an absolute sh*t show.
