Complete lack of regard for the customer, extremely poor customer service and utter inability to carry out the service they are paid for. After more than 2 weeks, my parcel sent via special next day delivery is still nowhere to be found. Having had to report the issue twice already, I still have no answer as to where my parcel is and when, if ever, it is going to be delivered. Appalling doesn't even begin to describe it.
