Terrible service. I booked a package to be collected. After three days, each they they messaged me to tell me they were not able to collect the package, I ended up having to take the package to a drop off point.
As I write this I’m again waiting for a package to be collected, after Hermes failed to pick it up yesterday.
I guess I’m off to the drop off point, again.
Of course I’m completely convinced these guys are totally useless.
Never again.
