Totally dire.
The same Hermes delivery driver, a young woman with long straight dark hair, yet again dumped my parcel on the doorstep (London SE24) available for any passer by to take - which is precisely what happened last month.
I managed to chase after her tonight and she couldn't have given a damn.
A totally disgusting dodgy bunch of charlatans.
