DONOT use this company.4 parcels in 2 months have gone missing. You can't speak to anyone except an automated service called Holly.Holly will only give the same information as you can get on the tracking service.
This is infuriating and is done due to the horrendous amount of complaints. I really would advise everyone with a similar issue to contact Trading Standards.I am in the process of doing this as they seem to think they can get away with it.
