Awful service.
Didnt arrive to collect my parcels and so i had to even go and drop them off at a parcel store even though i paid for this collection service.
Can not get through on the phone line, its just an automatic system that doesn't work
The chat function does not work
They even tried to charge me extra even thugh the parcel was within the weights
