Despite delivering retailers parcels okay ,and although the retailer provides free returns despite pre booking collections x3 ,my courier fails to turn up to collect returns - last time I waited five weeks , plus trying to contact Hermes is frustrating as they have no ‘human’ phone contact number . Ultimately receive apology and £15 but is now happening again! It’s now got to the stage where I am cancelling my retail accounts as impossible to return unwanted goods
