My parcel was lost in December, was only partially refunded after a long hard struggle 2 months later. So I called customer services to complain, as on Hermes website it says “call our friendly customer services”. Customer services rep, Christine (ex 2602) was extremely rude, actually belched down the phone, laughed, talked over me then hung up on me. I obviously want to put in a very strong complaint, but to do this, I have to call belching Christine.
