I sent a few parcels within days of each other. Not only have 3 not been delivered but I have also had negative feedback on my eBay account due to this appalling company. No way to speak to anyone and their chat is a virtual robot that you can't get past. One parcel tracked says damaged beyond repair. Contact the buyer. It should be Hermes contacting them and also me with a refund. DONT TOUCH THIS SHOWER OF THIEVES!!!!!!!! Even the questions after this are rigged ie time taken on delivery but no option to say it wasn't delivered. I despair!!!!!!!!!
