I have still not had delivery despite the fact that they have said they are going to make a delivery three times. I cannot get information from Hermes about my delivery. I end up with a robot on their website. The tracking information contains blatant lies about attempted delivery. I have checked address they have, door bell, door knocker and my address is abundantly clear in multiple online maps! I am being forced to stay in to try and make sure I do not miss their delivery. Best to make sure your delivery is not going to be made by Hermes. I have never had such a bad experience with any other delivery company. I still do not know when my item is going to turn up! Check out the online reviews of this Company and you will realise that it is definitely not a Company you want to use for your delivery.
