one star is too many!
how this company continues to trade is absolutely beyond me. Our local courier refuses to deliver to our lane, which is two concrete, recently resurfaced, tracks. After numerous emails to the ceo and a hefty phone bill trying to talk to a real person, with no success, hermes/evri have said it’s not their problem. All i want is to be able to pick up my four parcels but apparently i can’t. Where are they!!!
