Highly disappointed delivered my parcel containing my sons clothes in to the wrong address leaving in a bin..couldn’t contact Hermes as it was a Sunday & the officers are closed
Still not received my items
Went to the road where the picture of item was taken and after to speaking to various people this has been happening week after week
