Waiting on a parcel according to the seller it couldn't be reached out!! Not sure what that means!!, according to Hermes/Evri site it is up to the Seller to.contact them (delivery company)
if there is an issue. It is impossible to speak to an actual person to discuss any problems, absolutely awful!!!
