Christmas gifts for my sister's family sent on 28Dec. Parcel never arrived. Hermes finally admitted they'd lost it. When I asked for them to refund the value of the contents they required receipts, which I didn't have as (my mistake?!) Now the propose a refund of £20 against the >£100 value of the gifts. Impossible to speak to anyone, even getting an email reply takes weeks and many resends. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!! They are the absolute pits.
