Absolute shocking service this is the third parcel now from ebay that has not been delivered to my home.
Two other parcels were just found in someone's garden.. And now the latest one shows the driver throwing my parcel into the rubbish bin where the bin was collected and emptied..
Hermes has not responded din the correct manner just simply has automated replies stating I should seek compensation with the sender
