An eBay parcel Arrived a week late, so I refused parcel at door, driver then told eBay it had been delivered, I’ve never met such liars, no wonder things go missing all the time. Fortunately I had already asked for a refund before parcel arrived. I won’t be buying from anyone who uses Hermes as a courier again.
