This company needs to go bankrupt or quit ASAp , waste of users money & employees salary , these Compant needs a new management not someone who scratched his ass all day , all we ask as customers is just focus on the packages and be more organised .
Simple , this company needs to go back to primary to learn what is order and obedience .
I repeat DO NOT USE HERMES, bunch of incompetent workers and staff.
