Dont understand how anyone can use this company as delivery..i ordered from amazon for years now and always get my parcels..but when hermes is involved it never works..i now ordered again and they use hermes..and guess what...no info..no parcel..nothing..eventhough its was collected 6 days ago..how is it possible that this company is allowed to make deliveries when all parcels magicly vanishes and never turns up..
