If I could leave zero stars I would. They lost my parcel and are liars and fraudulent. It is almost impossible to get through to speak to anyone at customer services but if you actually manage to they pretend to be concerned which couldn’t be further from the truth. They emailed me a form to claim for a lost item but when I tried to log in it didn’t exist. Contacted Citizens Advice and will be taking legal action against them. AVOID AVOID AVOID
