Deliveries are useless, as is their app. Last info they gave me on my order was 2 weeks ago to say that it had "Delay Please allow 24 hours". Since then nothing, and it is impossible to contact them by email or phone . They claim to have a "live Chat" facility but in fact it's a "bot" and just goes round in circles. Why does anyone use them. The change of name to EVRI was an attempt to distance themselves from a bad reputation but it won't work for long. I have had issues with the last three packages I have sent. One arrived damaged, One was absolutely crushed and one, well who know's what's happened to it? Three refunds to customers total of £95 in goods plus the shipping costs and insurance. What a joke.
