My item from Dunelm was not delivered.A message arrived stating that you couldn’t get into my property this morning. Well that’s lies as I have been in all the time waiting for it. You may have changed your name but your terrible service still exists. I am not getting the delivery service I have paid pay so I think you should refund me ( but I won’t hold my breath). I am hoping that Dunelm will sack you as you are not fit for purpose at all.
