I'm not even 100% how a company like Hermes is allowed to operate? is this a money laundering scheme? is it that easy to just open a delivery company, have no actual agents but the most useless CHATBOT in existance and never actually deliver anything and still somehow allowed to operate? what a poor show of a firm. if you suck so bad at deliverying, can they not at least provide a location to pick this up and allow us to do their job for them?
